School's out for summer

I'm in the middle of exams there at the ol' Humber College. I played for a jury of bass players last week. I played Donna Lee, an old bebop tune made famous for bass players when Jaco Pastorius played it. They also asked me to play a tune I wrote called The Dancing Fridge.

Over the course of the year, I've had to write a couple of little songs for different courses that I took. I used Garageband to write, arrange and demo them. I thought I might as well post them up here for you to listen to. Why the heck not, eh?

These are all short little songs meant to loop. Listen to them here in this player:

I'm playing a bunch of gigs coming up, including a tour with the Daniel Sky Band that I'm really looking forward to. Check out my gig calendar.
